SAFETY AND HEALTH
- Champion safety across the aqua production operations
- Drive strong safety culture in aqua production operations
- Drive unsafe acts, conditions, and near miss reporting strongly
- Ensure strict compliance of shift wise toolbox talks
- Ensure strict PPE Compliance across aqua production operations
- Ensure compliance of 6 imperatives of safety
- Lockout tag out
- Permit to work
- Reporting, recording, and review
- Bi-Monthly safety audit compliance
- Workplace inspection and risk assessment
- Driving safety rules
- Own all Safety KPIs such as LIFR, LTIFR, and TRFR across aqua production operations
Quality:
- Drive strong quality behaviors among the production team
- Adherence to line settings
- Adherence to GMP
- Adherence to line clearance
- Ensure all the processes are done right the first time
SUSTAINABILITY:
- Track product yield and sustain a high level of product yield and minimum level of rework
COST EFFICIENCY:
- Deliver consistent high overall equipment effectiveness
- Deliver production volumes as per the given plan and target
- Drive a strong culture of Autonomous Maintenance
- Sustain harmony with maintenance and comply with preventive maintenance schedules to achieve maximum OEE
- Track all extrusion, grinding, etc consumables life, and come up with initiatives to improve their life by tonnage
DELIVERY:
- Ensure 100% availability of product for day-to-day target, to achieve OTIF Target set by the business
ENABLERS:
- 100% compliance to operational reviews
- Compliance to leadership at front line (GEMBA)
- Work on focus improvement projects
- Train the production team
Qualifications
Minimum Level of training:
- Hands on extrusion process, wenger machine will be an added advantage
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate fluently
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mentality
- Computer skills e.g., MS Office, SAP
- Ability to present data in a coherent manner for decision making
- Commitment to teamwork
- Ability to learn and apply best practices
- Ability to organize and plan tasks
- Flexibility and responsiveness to business needs
- Ability to overcome obstacles and organizational skills necessary to complete assignments in a timely manner.
