Job Description

SAFETY AND HEALTH

• Champion safety across the aqua production operations


• Drive strong safety culture in aqua production operations


• Drive unsafe acts, conditions, and near miss reporting strongly


• Ensure strict compliance of shift wise toolbox talks


• Ensure strict PPE Compliance across aqua production operations


• Ensure compliance of 6 imperatives of safety


• Lockout tag out


• Permit to work


• Reporting, recording, and review


• Bi-Monthly safety audit compliance


• Workplace inspection and risk assessment


• Driving safety rules


• Own all Safety KPIs such as LIFR, LTIFR, and TRFR across aqua production operations

Quality:

• Drive strong quality behaviors among the production team


• Adherence to line settings


• Adherence to GMP


• Adherence to line clearance


• Ensure all the processes are done right the first time

SUSTAINABILITY:

• Track product yield and sustain a high level of product yield and minimum level of rework

COST EFFICIENCY:

• Deliver consistent high overall equipment effectiveness


• Deliver production volumes as per the given plan and target


• Drive a strong culture of Autonomous Maintenance


• Sustain harmony with maintenance and comply with preventive maintenance schedules to achieve maximum OEE


• Track all extrusion, grinding, etc consumables life, and come up with initiatives to improve their life by tonnage

DELIVERY:

• Ensure 100% availability of product for day-to-day target, to achieve OTIF Target set by the business

ENABLERS:

• 100% compliance to operational reviews


• Compliance to leadership at front line (GEMBA)


• Work on focus improvement projects


• Train the production team

Qualifications

Minimum Level of training:

• Hands on extrusion process, wenger machine will be an added advantage

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to communicate fluently


•  Good Interpersonal skills

• Computer skills e.g., MS Office, SAP


• Ability to present data in a coherent manner for decision making
