Plans, manages, and coordinates marketing and branding activities including participation in conferences, trade shows and similar events to support the company’s business strategy and objectives while ensuring compliance with all company’s policies and procedures.
Defines promotional and advertising activities and materials to publicize product lines / services through presentations, sales force, media and alternate distribution channels.
Monitors the use of the assigned budget for marketing and maintains related information and, as appropriate, documents
Is the custodian on the company’s Corporate Identity as well as of the company’s Client Feedback activities;
Supports branches offices in their marketing and branding activities;
Creates and produce statements of qualifications, client presentations, brochures and assist with the drafting of technical articles. Coordinate the development of marketing presentations, brochures and publications;
Leads the implementation or personally implements public relations programs, online events, and similar activities and participates as appropriate in relevant community events
Coordinates the design, transportation and construction of company’s stand at exhibition
Is the focal point for all company’s interaction on social media as well as for the content and up-dating of the company’s external website;
Responsible for the marketing strategy across all digital platforms (web, social and mobile) for a defined group of brands; supporting the achievement of their business goals
Managing the digital marketing work streams from conception to execution, results delivery and reporting. Delivering best in class customer engagement and a healthy return on investment
Leveraging strong management skills to regulate content production, research, analysis as well as delivering an outstanding on line customer experience.
Requirements
Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or Liberal Arts
Minimum 15 Experience in Marketing, with emphasis on O&G
Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity
Advanced and thorough knowledge of business, marketing, IT and social media
Strategic thinker, logical and methodical, results driven
Understanding of budgetary process and fiscal responsibility requirements
An analytical mind able to quickly assess large amounts of information and data
Ability to consider and evaluate the interrelationships of numerous factors
Good personal skills, multi-cultural sensitivity and multi-tasks oriented.
Communicate tactfully and effectively, verbally and in writing.
Passionate about leveraging technology and digital media to drive customer engagement
Experience managing international brands with demonstrated ability to deliver results across multiple brands and stakeholders
