Job Description



  • Attends to customers enquires via phone calls, emails addresses and physical presence.

  • Assist customers' on visa processing and visa fees payments.

  • Prepare customers flight schedule, accomodations and hotel reservations.

  • Prepares and schedule meetings between customers and Management.


Qualifications



  • OND / HND / BSc candidates required (Content creator, digital marketing experience would be an added advantage on commission basis).

  • 1-3 years experience.


Skills:



  • Smart, intelligent and knowledgeable candidates in hospitality and tourism sector.

  • Computer based test knowledged candidates and must be able to manage work pressure.

  • Candidates must be good in excel, microsoft word processing.

  • Applicant must be discretional and work with minimum supervision.

  • Team work and staff interpersonal relationships.
