Purpose

A brief overview of the role:

• The Cash Manager owns responsible of all the financial transactions reporting and remittance for record and audit purposes

Key Duties

• Take charge of all cash-related transactions while professionally following the company's communication, procedure, guidelines and policies.


• Create a reliably trustworthy database for customers and their transactions.


• Reconcile daily with the Online Rep on cash-related issues.


• Initiate after-sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


• Drive offline-to-online sales, Konga pay, Konga travels and tours sales streams at the stores.

Qualification

• NCE, OND, HND, BSc, etc.

Knowledge / Experience:

• Must be proficient in the use of a computer, System based applications, Microsoft Office package (Basic),

What Specific Knowledge / Experience / Qualifications are required for this role:

• Experienced in good Customer Service Delivery.

Knowledge (Include Technical Knowledge):

• Must understand how a computer System works and connects to other corresponding gadgets


• Must be a fast learner


• Excellent calculative skills.
