Ajay Tech is on the hunt for a skilled and passionate Android App Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Android App Developer, you will be responsible for developing innovative and efficient mobile applications, ensuring the responsiveness and high performance of applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop Android mobile applications using Java/Kotlin.


2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, build, test, and ship software solutions that meet our clients' needs.


3. Implement custom native user interfaces using the latest Android programming techniques.


4. Use APIs, SDKs, and services to improve functionality and user experience.


5. Implement robust, secure, scalable, and efficient code.


6. Run tests to identify and fix bugs and improve application performance.


7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, development practices, and technologies related to Android development.


8. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.


9. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.


2. Proven experience as an Android Developer with a strong portfolio of released applications.


3. Strong knowledge of Java and Kotlin.


4. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.


5. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.


6. Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.


7. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.


8. Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines.


9. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


10. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
