We are seeking a motivated and skilled Back-End Web Developer to join our dynamic team at Ajay Tech. As a Back-End Web Developer, you will be responsible for server-side web application logic as well as the integration of the front-end part.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with front-end developers and product team to design and launch new features.


2. Develop high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.


3. Design and implement data storage solutions and ensure they are performing and secure.


4. Write web services and APIs used by front-end developers and mobile application developers.


5. Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.


6. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.


7. Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies.


8. Maintain code integrity and organization.


9. Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.


2. Proven experience as a Back-End Developer, or similar role in software development.


3. Strong understanding of server-side languages such as JavaScript (Node.js), Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, .Net.


4. Experience with databases technologies like MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.


5. Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.


6. Knowledge of cloud-based solutions (like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and CI/CD tools.


7. Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.


8. Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects.


9. Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.
