Responsibilities



  • Assist with all internal and external HR- related matters.

  • Recommend strategies to motivate employees.

  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.

  • Assist with payroll and budget monitoring.

  • Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related qualification such as CIPM is essential.

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources within a leadership capacity.

  • Deep understanding of Labour law and employment equity regulations.

  • Remarkable organisational, record-keeping and people management skills.

  • Meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proximity to the office is an added advantage.
