Job Responsibilities



  • Promoting the company’s products to businesses, government parastatals, and rural communities

  • Acting as the main point of contact with agents and distributors within the state.

  • Implementsales targetsand encouragesubordinates to achieve sales goals

  • Preparing sales reports to be submitted to the management

  • Promptly responding to customer requests.

  • Maximizing the growth potential of the business within the state

  • Organize market storms to drive sales

  • Ensuring that the sales executives comply with the company's sales policy

  • Collecting customer feedback as well as market research.

  • Fosternew Business to Government partnerships.


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Sales, or related fields)

  • Must have lived and understood the operations of market structure in Port Harcourt

  • Must have solid practical experience in the power/energy industry

  • Proven work experience in the solar industry

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a sales manager, ability to manage a team

  • Detail-oriented.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • The ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.

  • Sound organizational skills

  • The ability to motivate staff and lead a team​​​​

  • Candidates Must reside in Port Harcourt.
