Job Description



Primary Responsibilities



  • Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other relevant applications as well as other hosted Email services for our sister companies.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operation of IT services.

  • Administer and support the Odoo ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance and providing end-user support.

  • Oversee the active directory and file servers, managing user accounts, permissions, and file sharing.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot networking devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

  • Support and manage computing devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify IT requirements, develop solutions, and implement new technologies.

  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular backups, and implement disaster recovery procedures.

  • Provide technical support to employees who are on site or remote by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems promptly.

  • Provide support on Company Website and Social media platforms where required.

  • Train and educate employees on IT best practices, security protocols, and the effective use of technology.

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements to our IT infrastructure.

  • Other developing IT related needs.


Qualifications / Skills Required



  • B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with minimum of 5 years experience in an IT performance analysis and end-user support role.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365 suite administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.

  • Great experience with Odoo or other ERP system administration and support.

  • Proficiency in managing active directory, servers, networking and computing devices.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a great attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of IT trends, technologies, and best practices.

  • Able to work with minimal supervision and manage and keep confidential information.

  • Certifications in two or more of the following will be an added advantage:

    • MCSA

    • CCNA

    • ITIL

    • CompTIA A+

    • Network +
