Purpose of the Role:

Role Deliverables;

Financial Management:

• Accountable for achievement of annual targets and profitability


• Strong proficiency in pricing for success and profit

Proposal Success:

• Generate/prepare proposals for local and international projects


• Accountable for overall quality of proposals/pitches

Project Management:

• Proactively work with team to ensure process improvement to benefit


• clients and the business


• Obtain brief from client to ensure full understanding of nature of project

Job Description;

• Client relationship


• Supervising and monitoring country Senior Research Management team


• Project management


• Proposal writing


• Questionnaire design


• Liaising with other departments on impending projects or project/s status


• Specifying data output


• Liaising with global and local clients on project related issues


• Mentoring staff


• Organizing and facilitating training session for the entire research team


• Analyzing and reporting on research findings


• Co-coordinating multi-country survey


• Mentoring Team Managers and junior members


• Presentation of research findings


• Chairing team/planning meetings


• Manage and supervise research projects. This includes:


• Training and development of new staff and current team members
