Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of sales to join their dynamic team. The Head of Sales will play a crucial role in driving sales and promotional efforts to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
The ideal candidate will be able to develop and execute strategies that will help the company reach its goals and achieve exponential growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to promote the organization's products and services.
Translate products and services into revenue.
Grow the organization's income.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify and target the organization’s ideal clients.
Create and manage marketing content, including website copy, social media posts, and email campaigns
Manage and track marketing budgets and ROI
Work with other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with the overall business goals.
Enhance brand awareness through various marketing channels and events.
Implement creative branding initiatives to position the organization as a leading service provider.
Conduct client presentations and consultations to showcase their services effectively.
Prepare compelling marketing materials, brochures, and presentations to support sales efforts.
Establish strong partnerships, and achieve business growth objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare/ skincare industry
Female for gender equality.
Must reside in Abuja.
Experience working in the skincare/beauty/healthcare industry is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of sales/marketing principles and strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
