Job Responsibilities
- The responsibilities of the Sales representative will be:
- To generate sales for the company which involves identifying potential customers, establishing contact and convincing them to purchase the company’s products.
- Build and manage strong customer relationship.
- Develop sales plans and strategies that will help to meet set targets and monitor progress regularly.
- In-depth knowledge about company’s products to effectively communicate to potential customers.
- To conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and usage of the products or services.
- maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback
- processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the sales process.
- Perform any other job-related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Educational Qualifications
- The candidate should have minimum of an ordinary diploma (OND) in management studies, Marketing or a related field with two (2) years relevant experience.
Competencies Expected
- Evidence of significant sales experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Understand the values of good communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must be patient, empathetic and good at having passionate communication.
