Job Responsibilities



  • The responsibilities of the Sales representative will be:

  • To generate sales for the company which involves identifying potential customers, establishing contact and convincing them to purchase the company’s products.

  • Build and manage strong customer relationship. 

  • Develop sales plans and strategies that will help to meet set targets and monitor progress regularly.

  • In-depth knowledge about company’s products to effectively communicate to potential customers.

  • To conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and usage of the products or services.

  • maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback

  • processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the sales process.

  • Perform any other job-related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor. 


Educational Qualifications 



  • The candidate should have minimum of an ordinary diploma (OND) in management studies, Marketing or a related field with two (2) years relevant experience.


 Competencies Expected 



  • Evidence of significant sales experience or experience as a client service representative.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Understand the values of good communication skills.

  • Proven problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal skills.

  • Candidate must be patient, empathetic and good at having passionate communication.
