Main Duties / Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Technical Officer or the CTO in the absence of the Technical supervisor.


• Responsible for the day-to-day execution of all client projects.


• Design and ratifies ALL project plans as well as being responsible for the successful implementation.


• Interface with client project representatives in providing projects briefs and commitments when required/due


• Responsible for project planning and execution using the company’s limited resources, therefore, ensuring maximum productivity in the company.


• Evaluating project success/failure and identifying quality improvement methods for future project execution.


• Attain continually required certificates and continued education units to remain certified in the industry. This applies to all installers, and technical and design officers, (CEDIA, CCNA, COREN, Infocomm, etc.)


• Responsible for the effective execution of company projects and the smooth running of projects at the project site(s).


• Testing and evaluation of new technology introduced to the company and products to be installed in the client’s site


• Implementation of structured wiring in project sites and installation of devices at project sites, configuration and programming of systems.


• Follow up and ensure that due process is followed when a project is activated in the company, that client’s expectation is being met, and the project is completed at the right time.


• Other ad-hoc duties according to the demands of particular projects.

Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

• OND In Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Similar field.


• Basic Networking Certificate.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-year Experience in Networking and basic Electrical installations.

Skills:

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).


• Structured Cabling.


• Effective use of Networking Tools and Equipment.


• Excellent verbal and written communication.


• Organised and able to meet deadlines.
