  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company.

Responsibilities



Market Research and Analysis:



  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets.

  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective business strategies.


New Business Identification and Acquisition:



  • Identify and prospect potential clients and partners through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

  • Initiate and lead discussions with potential clients to understand their business needs and present appropriate solutions.


Relationship Building:



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements



  • A Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2 years work experience.

  • Proven experience as a Business Developer or in a sales / business development role.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles and techniques.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to identify and prioritize potential business opportunities.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience in market research and analysis.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
