  • The Business Analyst is responsible for the Implementation and support of business Information systems across Multiple departments.

  • He/She will Identify problems and Opportunities within the company and Ultimately provide Solutions that help achieve the business' goals.

  • The BA is responsible for assessing coming up with Solutions to daily Operations. Suggestions based on their analysis.


Objectives of this Role



  • Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data

  • Serve as thought leader and guide for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels

  • Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels

  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify specific business opportunities

  • Influence stakeholders to support business projects projects

  • Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes

  • Test business processes and recommend improvements

  • Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories

  • Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents

  • Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvements

  • Collaborate with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritizing

Preferred Qualifications



  • Superior presentation skills. Strong management Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft and organizational skills

  • Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments

  • Two or more years of Business Analyst experience.


Qualification/Experience:



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant Studies

  • 2+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity

  • Proven analytical abilities applications, including Vision

  • Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management

  • Extensive experience with data visualization

  • Highly proficient technical writing capabilities

  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint presentation
