Liaise with and advise clients on pests, sanitation and pest proofing recommendations, pesticide and pest control treatments including information on control strategies appropriate to each situation
Ensure effective appointment scheduling with customers, team dispatching and execution of pest management services.
Prepare daily schedules for on-site technicians and ensure treatment is executed as per work schedule.
Handle customer’s complaints and resolve them within 48hours
Generate and submit report and submit to Operations Manager
Handle the client’s data accurately and timely on the company’s CRM
Review submitted treatment reports and take action where necessary.
Perform courtesy calls and visits to client’s site
Schedule yearly pest control treatment and follow up with their execution
Job Requirements
Bsc in Microbiology, Environmental Sciences or any science related course
3 -4 years of experience relating with customers and managing a team
Must have the ability to lead and effectively manage a team
