RESPONSIBILITIES 



  • Act as the first point of contact between the clients and the organization

  • Attend to all customer inquiries in a friendly, polite, professional, and timely manner.

  • Keep records of all customer accounts and resolutions 

  • Carry out filing and documentation tasks. 

  • In charge of providing general office support and assistance 


REQUIREMENTS



  • A University degree

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office applications. 

  • Good knowledge of office administration 

  • Time-Management and multi-tasking skills, with the capability to prioritize tasks 

  • Ability to work in a busy environment.
