Requirements

• Master's degree or any other higher qualifications in Education,


• 10 years of continuous experience within the education sector


• 2 - 4 years of Experience in Leadership positions such as (Vice Principal, Head of School)


• Excellent ICT Skills (e.g. MS Office, Teams and Education management systems)


• Working knowledge in applying the British Curriculum and Sixth Form certifications including A-level, SAT, Foundation programmes and International Baccalaureate


• Outstanding organizational and Leadership ability.

Additional Requirements:

• Professionally qualified as a teacher.


• Very resourceful, creative and up-to-date in all aspects of education.


• Sound knowledge and use of ICT.


• Good verbal and written communication skills.


• Sound in stakeholder management and marketing strategy.


• Well-experienced in the management of human, material and financial resources
