Master's degree or any other higher qualifications in Education,
10 years of continuous experience within the education sector
2 - 4 years of Experience in Leadership positions such as (Vice Principal, Head of School)
Excellent ICT Skills (e.g. MS Office, Teams and Education management systems)
Working knowledge in applying the British Curriculum and Sixth Form certifications including A-level, SAT, Foundation programmes and International Baccalaureate
Outstanding organizational and Leadership ability.
Additional Requirements:
Professionally qualified as a teacher.
Very resourceful, creative and up-to-date in all aspects of education.
Sound knowledge and use of ICT.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Sound in stakeholder management and marketing strategy.
Well-experienced in the management of human, material and financial resources
