Position Overview



  • As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic brand initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and achieve business objectives.

  • You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the brand's identity, positioning, and messaging are consistent across all channels and resonate with the target audience.

  • Additionally, you will collaborate with various cross-functional teams to drive successful marketing campaigns and product launches that align with the brand's vision and values.


Responsibilities



  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights

  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission

  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies

  • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives

  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”

  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates

  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs

  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities

  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

  • Devise innovative growth strategies

  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus).

  • 2 - 5 years work experience.

  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar marketing role.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective brand strategies and marketing campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing market conditions.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.

  • Passionate about branding and keeping up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.


Salary

N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
