Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.


• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.


• Process customer orders, ensuring accurate picking and packing of items.


• Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods.


• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and properly labeled.


• Adhere to health and safety regulations and implement security measures.


• Generate and maintain necessary documentation, such as delivery notes and invoices.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve queries.


• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification


• Proven 3+ years experience as a Warehouse Officer or similar role.


• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.


• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.


• Excellent organizational and time management skills.


• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.


• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary

N150,000 / month.
