Responsibilities



  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and networking.

  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers, addressing their queries and showcasing the value proposition.

  • Develop tailored sales strategies and proposals to convert leads into loyal customers.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring they align with company objectives and profitability.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.

  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their goals and needs to provide exceptional customer success and support.

  • Proactively engage with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Monitor customer usage and behavior to identify potential churn risks and take preventive actions.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends to the management team.

  • Stay updated with industry developments, competitors' activities, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product/service enhancements.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years work experience.

  • Proven experience in sales and customer success roles, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on consultative selling.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and internal teams.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and support.

  • Analytical and data-driven approach to make informed business decisions.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing circumstances.


Salary

N200,000 / month.
