Job Description

• As a Fulfilment Supervisor, you will oversee all order fulfilment associates’ activities, monitor inventory levels of non-consumables, ensure compliance with quality standards and plating timelines, while collaborating with all stakeholders including the Gardener team on dispatch schedules and any packaging changes.


• The Order Fulfilment Associates you will be supervising are responsible for efficiently processing meals that customers have ordered daily, handling all the plating, sealing, sleeving, picking, packaging, and dispatch operations.


• They are responsible for meeting production line targets by plating (dishing) food quickly and accurately, sealing cooked meals, Identifying any potential quality issues, and helping ensure no cross-contamination of allergens.

Job Responsibilities

You will be required to

• Supervise all the Order Fulfilment Associate activities at the Front of House (FoH), and will be responsible for maintaining Eden packaging & delivery standards


• Ensure all fulfilment prep is done, using data exports from Lighthouse. Using that data to determine the quantity of packaging needed


• Monitor inventory levels of non-consumables used for packaging, and flag where the purchase is needed


• Maintain plating, sealing, and packing speeds to match the set standard & time targets


• Enforce and maintain quality standards across plating, sealing, and packaging activities.


• Populate data on daily timings for all FoH activities and orders dispatched, on the Supply Dashboard


• Create Shift schedules for the Order Fulfilment Associates


• Supervise & assign plating stations and other FoH responsibilities to OFAs


• Supervise activities across the FoH; from plating & sealing meals, to labelling meals, picking, and packing, to facilitate and ensure swift meal dispatch


• Collaborate with the Gardener team, communicating


• Dispatch schedules


• Actual Dispatch Times


• Any changes to the Dispatch Schedule


• Any packaging changes

Note:

• Based on your location, you can be assigned to any of our locations (either at Ojota or Lekki)


• You will also supervise the activities of Dispatch Assistants in your assigned location

Job Requirement

To take on this role, you should

• Have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar role, preferably in the Food Industry


• Be familiar with numbers and the use of spreadsheets to determine packaging quantities


• Have experience managing inventory


• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills


• Strong leadership skills to manage shifts and assign responsibilities to team members


• Be flexible about working either day or night shifts (we run a 24hr operation)
