Responsibilities

Qualifications



  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Strong ability to multitask

  • Comfort working with multiple groups within business

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.

  • Proven experience in a similar senior operations management role in an agriculture tech-based organization or a related industry.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build effective relationship across all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, foster innovation, and adapt to a rapidly evolving industry.
