Our client is seeking a sales support executive to oversee the performance and efficiency levels of the Sales Team. The individual will also coordinate and oversee the flow of the company’s services or products to consumers or external stakeholders.
Job Description
Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
Coordinating training and scheduling for sales staff
Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures
Analysing customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers
Entering order information into the company database with finance team.
Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products
Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales
Receiving and processing purchase orders.
Requirements and Skills
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
4-6 years of experience as a sales support executive/sales coordinator
