- We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and functionality of our company's facilities.
- You will ensure that the premises is well-maintained, efficient, and compliant with regulations.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for all facilities, including routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects to ensure minimal disruption to daily operation
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or quality
- Establish and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure and hazard-free environment for all occupants.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 5 years proven experience as a Facility Manager.
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in budget management and vendor negotiation.
- Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and security protocols.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
