CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER PROFILE

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) female to join our team! As Chief Operating Officer (COO) at our company, who will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations strategy as this is crucial for our growth and success. 

The COO is a crucial member of our senior management team, who reports only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this position, she will have to manage and control diverse business operations and functions, so we expect her to be a hardworking and inspiring leader.

 In addition, have great people skills, pitch deck skills, excellent business acumen, self-driven, and an outstanding work ethic, understanding the tech environment and having tech knowledge and skills is a must for this role.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Previous working experience as COO for (5) years


2. MA/MSc in Business Administration or a similar relevant field


3. In-depth knowledge of different business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.


4. Hands-on experience in fundraising, strategic planning and business development


5. Good knowledge of tech and KPIs


6. Familiarity with IT/Business infrastructure


7. Outstanding organizational and time management skills


8. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills


9. Great communication and presentation skills


10. Problem-solving mindset


11.  Understanding of diverse business functions


12.  Understanding of Corporate Governance and General Management best practices


13.  Innovative


14.  Experience in leading change projects


15.  Strong appetite for systems development and process improvement.
