  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Manager to drive growth for Studi Match, a company specializing in study abroad services.

  • The Growth Manager will be responsible for increasing sales, expanding market presence, and securing admission and visa processes for individuals seeking to study abroad.

  • The role will require strategic planning, business development, and effective leadership to improve Studi Match's market position across all regions in Nigeria.


Responsibilities:



  • Create and execute plans to grow Studi Match's market share and increase sales in Nigeria.

  • Establish partnerships with educational institutions and visa processing agencies to facilitate study abroad opportunities for undergraduate and post graduate students.

  • Promote Studi Match through various channels to attract potential clients and stand out from competitors.

  • Lead the sales team, set targets, and provide support to achieve sales goals.

  • Ensure a positive and smooth experience for customers during the admission and visa application process.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales, customer acquisition, and market expansion to track progress and suggest improvements.


Requirements:



  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (a Master's Degree will be an additional advantage).

  • At least 3 years of experience in the travel industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of the study abroad admission and visa application processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with educational institutions, visa processing agencies, and other stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective growth strategies.

  • Results-driven and able to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve objectives.

  • Analytical mindset with the capability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.

  • Familiarity with the Nigerian market and regional dynamics is a plus.
