We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Manager to drive growth for Studi Match, a company specializing in study abroad services.
The Growth Manager will be responsible for increasing sales, expanding market presence, and securing admission and visa processes for individuals seeking to study abroad.
The role will require strategic planning, business development, and effective leadership to improve Studi Match's market position across all regions in Nigeria.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute plans to grow Studi Match's market share and increase sales in Nigeria.
Establish partnerships with educational institutions and visa processing agencies to facilitate study abroad opportunities for undergraduate and post graduate students.
Promote Studi Match through various channels to attract potential clients and stand out from competitors.
Lead the sales team, set targets, and provide support to achieve sales goals.
Ensure a positive and smooth experience for customers during the admission and visa application process.
Prepare regular reports on sales, customer acquisition, and market expansion to track progress and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (a Master's Degree will be an additional advantage).
At least 3 years of experience in the travel industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of the study abroad admission and visa application processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with educational institutions, visa processing agencies, and other stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective growth strategies.
Results-driven and able to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve objectives.
Analytical mindset with the capability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
Familiarity with the Nigerian market and regional dynamics is a plus.
