  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to oversee and manage pilgrimage products catering to both Muslims and Christians.

  • The Product Manager will be responsible for driving sales, creating revenue streams, and securing partnerships to enhance the pilgrimage experience for customers. This role requires a strong understanding of the needs and preferences of both Muslim and

  • Christian pilgrims, as well as the ability to develop and execute effective strategies to maximize revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in product management and a passion for delivering exceptional pilgrimage experiences.


Responsibilities:



  • Research, analyze, and identify the needs and preferences of Muslim and Christian pilgrims to create compelling and inclusive pilgrimage packages and experiences.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive product adoption, increase revenue, and achieve growth targets.

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with travel agencies, religious organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance the product offerings and reach a wider audience.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement effective marketing campaigns that promote pilgrimage products to the target audience.

  • Ensure the pilgrimage journey is seamless and memorable for customers, and gather feedback to improve the overall experience.

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven decisions.

  • Develop and manage budgets related to product development, marketing, and partnerships, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.

  • Stay updated with relevant regulations and requirements related to pilgrimage travel and ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and promotion.


Requirement



  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (Master's degree is a plus.)

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the travel or pilgrimage industry.

  • Strong understanding of the cultural and religious considerations of both Muslim and Christian pilgrims.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and revenue growth for products or services.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and manage partnerships effectively.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute product plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and making data-backed decisions.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and continuous improvement.

  • Familiarity with religious pilgrimage destinations and practices is an advantage.
