RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Research, conceptualize, and create innovative international travel products that cater to a wide range of customer segments, from adventure seekers to cultural enthusiasts.

  • Stay abreast of emerging travel trends, competitor offerings, and changing consumer demands to identify market gaps and opportunities for product enhancement.

  • Champion a customer-centric mindset by understanding customer feedback, conducting surveys, and integrating customer insights into product development.

  • Collaborate with our network of suppliers, airlines, hotels, and local experts to negotiate competitive pricing and deliver exceptional experiences for our travelers.

  • Manage product budgets, track profitability, and optimize product pricing to ensure competitive positioning while maintaining financial viability.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the unique value propositions of our international travel products.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution and exceptional service delivery.

  • Champion responsible tourism practices, sustainable travel initiatives, and ethical partnerships, reflecting our commitment to environmentally and socially responsible travel.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field. (Master's degree is a plus.)

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the international travel or tourism industry.

  • A passion for travel and a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and global destinations.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make datadriven decisions.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with suppliers and partners.

  • Creative mindset with a focus on delivering unique and memorable travel experiences for our customers.

  • Knowledge of sustainable tourism practices and an interest in promoting responsible travel initiatives.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced travel environment.

  • International travel experience and proficiency in multiple languages are advantageous.
