Position Overview:

• We are seeking a talented and passionate Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in python, statistical modeling, and machine learning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models, algorithms, and statistical methods to solve complex trading problems.


• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can be used to make trading decisions.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing, to translate findings into actionable strategies.


• Maintain and optimize data pipelines, ensuring data quality and integrity.


• Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through visualizations, presentations, and written reports.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in data science and fintech industry to continuously innovate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.


• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a data science role, preferably in the fintech industry.


• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.


• Strong experience with data science libraries and tools such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Pandas, or similar.


• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar.


• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.


• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.


• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
