Job Responsibilities

• Work in Major IOC/NOC


• Completion Engineer/Wellhead Specialist to provide guidance/expertise on Well integrity, especially about wellhead intervention providing options for repairing/replacement of wellhead, specialized wellhead replacement services /hot tapping/hot milling, etc.


• Provide guidance/solution in order to suspend the well (wellbore and all the annuli especially old wells with issue of sustained casing annuli pressure) with adequate barriers with the rig (or rigless methods) so that the wellhead replacement can be done rigless and safely for old wells with corroded/old non-API wellhead.


• Provide details of execution/making workover and completion of the operational sequence


• Prepare a Bill of Materials and services required for procurement of the different wellhead types (ESP / SRP/ PCP, Dual producer, Disposal/injectors, Heavy oil, etc.).


• Prepare Bill of material for procurement of different Completion Design (selective producer/ smart completion/ Sand control / Multi stage frac/ Inflow Control device (ICD) injectors/ artificial lift/dual concentric or parallel completion etc...)


• Experience in Completion and Wellhead Material selection based on the well operating envelope and wellbore fluid properties.


• Fishing operational experience


• Material Planning for Completion and workover of the wells.


• Updated industry requirements as per the latest API guidelines.
