About the job



  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)

  • Answer questions and address complaints

  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.

  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, etc.

  • Check, sort and forward emails

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

  • Keep updated records and files.


Requirement:



  • Minimum of 2 years experience.

  • Experience as a front desk representative is an added advantage.

  • A Minimum of OND or Bachelors degree in any related field

  • Must reside within Lekki/Ajah and its environs
