Job Description



  • We are looking for an innovative and pragmatic Human Capital & Admin Associate to help improve HR policies and procedures and to help the growth of our team. 

  • The HC & Admin Associate is responsible for processing employee data, updating company policies, and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions

  • Our ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with proficient management skills who enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment. This role will provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to recruitment and retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, training, and development; as well as oversee administrative functions.

  • Your goals will be to lead, direct and manage the day-to-day Human Resources and Administrative activities for the company.


Responsibilities:



  • Analyzing and evaluating existing strategies, policies, and procedures, and reforming them with the help of the staff

  • Processing all employee data 

  • Compliance management of all Community Operations activities

  • Creating new training and development programs

  • Contributing to a healthy corporate culture that supports growth and equal opportunity

  • Keeping abreast of government regulations and public policies

  • Assisting with the organization of team-building and staff development activities

  • Brainstorming and implementing incentives that increase staff morale and productivity

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics


Requirements



  • Above 2 years experience in Human Resouces.

  • BA/BSC in any course of study.

  • Good work ethic.

  • Excellent people management skills

  • Project Management skills

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.

  • Ability to manage complex projects and  Multi-task

  • Working knowledge of HR software such as Bento

  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR functions.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • The ability to engage with personnel at all levels of employment.
