Responsibilities:



  • Conduct market research to create marketing, advertising, and campaign strategies to nurture leads, promote products, and communicate with existing customers.

  • Develop and implement advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and websites.

  • Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Utilize MailerLite or similar email marketing platforms to create automated engaging email campaigns that drive customer engagement, conversion, and retention.

  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and key performance indicators.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a SaaS or Fintech company.

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to provide technical support to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proficient in using MailerLite or similar email marketing platforms.

  • Experience in creating and implementing advertising campaigns across various channels.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

  • Familiarity with best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
