Job Description
Summary
- Our client requires the service of a Brand and Marketing Executive with a minimum of 5 years of experience in handling FMCG products in an integrated marketing communication firm / high-profile FMCG businesses.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive marketing activities in line with the company goals and expectations
- Collaborate extensively with National Sales Manager and Channel Sales Managers to get their insights and implement them to the overall marketing strategy
- Track regular competition activities, schemes & promos
- Ensure company policies are followed.
- Suggest activities to increase reach and revenue within all levels of the value chain
- Collect, monitor, and present data as required
- Plan and execute marketing budgets while constantly monitoring and adjusting it accordingly
- Coordinate with all related suppliers – agencies, and production house.
Requirements
- BSc in relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Brand and Marketing Executive
- Experience in online and offline marketing
- Has managed a team of brand ambassadors during activations
- Experience using spreadsheets
- Organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
