Requirements

• Minimum of a First Degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field.


• Minimum of 4 years experience in the property development/ construction industry.


• Excellent communication, strategic thinking and analytical skills- ability to convey project updates / information, and analyze data & situations to make informed decisions.


• Verifiable track record as a Construction Project Manager handling multi-story buildings from inception to handover.


• Proven experience developing​ actionable project plans​and​ budgets,​reviewing & approving​ structural designs and​instituting measures to effectively monitor progress on projects.


• Experience coordinating all project stakeholders​ to ensure efficient resource utilization​ of resources and adherence to quality control standards​ during duration.
