REMUNERATION: 90K-100K NET
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Upselling and cross-selling the company’s products to new and existing customers.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Meeting sales targets Sending daily and Monthly reports from sales.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the management.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s degree in art, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
- Ability to work with minimal or no supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
