RESPONSIBILITIES:


Operations Management:



  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lounge and fast food area, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

  • Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and work closely with suppliers to ensure the availability of quality ingredients, beverages and materials while minimizing wastage.

  • Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure food safety and consistency.

  • Work closely with the kitchen supervisor to ensure timely preparation and presentation of food items.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators and implement data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability


Customer Service:



  • Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers, ensuring exceptional service at all times.

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

  • Monitor guest satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to improve the overall customer experience.

  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative promotional strategies to attract and retain customers


Team Leadership:



  • In collaboration with our consultant, recruit, train, and supervise lounge and fast food staff, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing team.

  • Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide coaching and feedback.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee growth.


Financial Management:



  • Develop and manage budgets for the lounge and fast food area, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.

  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.

  • Control labor costs and schedule staff efficiently to meet business demands.

  • Expansion and Growth: Identify opportunities for business expansion and collaborate with top management on strategic decisions.


Compliance and Safety:



  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and licensing requirements.

  • Conduct regular inspections, surveys and audits to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent work experience). A Masters degree and other relevant certifications will be an added advantage

  • 7 + years Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role in the food, beverage and hospitality industry.

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to foster a positive and motivated work environment.

  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, customers, and suppliers.

  • Knowledge of local food safety and health regulations.

  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
