  • As a Lead Sales Pharmacist (Digital Healthcare), you will drive our sales initiatives, utilizing your pharmaceutical knowledge to promote our products and services effectively.

  • You'll work closely with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers and potential clients, to increase market share and achieve sales targets.

  • Your unique blend of healthcare and sales skills will be instrumental in cultivating relationships and driving business growth.


Responsibilities and Duties:



  • Lead sales initiatives for digital healthcare products and services, developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with company objectives.

  • Utilize knowledge of pharmaceutical products to effectively engage with and sell to healthcare providers and potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales materials and pitches, leveraging these in providing engaging product demonstrations and presentations to clients and prospects.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Monitor and analyze sales data regularly to identify areas for improvement and new business opportunities, keeping abreast of industry trends and competition.

  • Meet or exceed established sales targets and participate in industry events and conferences to expand networking and business opportunities.

  • Work closely with customer service and support teams to ensure client satisfaction, resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly.

  • Provide expert advice on the safe use of medications during sales interactions, assisting customers in selecting and purchasing appropriate medications and other health products.

  • Collaborate with the digital team and IT team to optimize the use of the sales platform and improve the online sales process.

  • Ensure all sales activities and products adhere to pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and company guidelines, maintaining a safe and secure online environment for customers.

  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs, driving the adoption of digital healthcare solutions among healthcare providers.

  • Stay updated on new medications, devices, and other healthcare products, constantly improving knowledge of the product catalog and industry developments.

  • Manage customer transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring precise record-keeping and handling of sensitive customer information with strict confidentiality.

  • Collaborate with the procurement pharmacist to ensure updated product availability and identify potential alternatives.

  • Advocate for patient adherence to medication plans, conducting medication reviews to optimize patient care.

  • Support the promotion and marketing of online pharmacy services and contribute to overall team efforts and company objectives.

  • Train and mentor junior sales team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

  • Produce regular sales reports and forecasts for the management team, and participate in regular inventory audits.

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy of dispensed medications, thereby enhancing customer service.

  • Participate in training and development initiatives to continually refine skills and stay current with industry changes.

  • Possess in-depth understanding of healthcare industry trends and customer needs.


Qualifications and Skills:



  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Licensed pharmacist (full time and/or superintendent levels only) with significant experience in sales roles.

  • At least 3-5 years proven experience working in similar role involving digital healthcare and sales pharmacy.

  • An advanced degree or certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus.

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Strong analytical abilities for sales data interpretation.

  • Experience in using digital platforms and technologies for sales operations.

  • Must have experience using digital healthcare or ecommerce.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel 10%-20% of the time.
