Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the quality and benefits of our agro products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
3 years proven experience in sales and marketing within the agro product industry. Strong knowledge of fresh farm produce, including fruits, vegetables, and other agro products.
Familiarity with the foodservice industry and a solid network of contacts in hotels, restaurants, and wholesalers.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers and close sales.
