Be an active part of the Taste, Texture & Health Business Unit, adding value to flavors business growth in the WACA region.
Lead and drive Sweet Goods, Beverage and Savory segment growth in WACA from a marketing perspective with a focus on priority categories.
Manage regional marketing support in the form of innovation days, gallery walks etc. to identify key customers including Key Global Accounts.
Drive proactive marketing through category analysis, white space mapping to find innovation opportunities to grow existing customers and contribute to cluster revenue growth.
Position the business as the partner to count on for competitive added value market knowledge, brand understanding, inspiration and winning flavor solutions.
Drive strategy into execution by putting together a regional implementation plan for the segments.
We value:
University graduate preferably in Business Administration or Marketing. Postgraduate in Business Management is preferred.
Solid experience 3-5 years in Marketing, B2B experience is a plus.
