Jointly create marketing strategies, including budget planning, and implementation schedules.
Develop new customers, a rapport with existing customers, and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
Prioritize and manage company resources in order to meet goals and objectives.
Produce and continually review SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis to ensure Farm on Wheels is at a competitive advantage.
Prepare operational reports and recommend procedures to be used to manage and coordinate various activities.
Develop successful, high-performance teams through effective training, motivation, and communication.
Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures as well as monitor daily operations and address potential issues as they arise.
Build Operational processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance.
Interpret Market trends and adapt to industry changes.
Job Requirements
Candidates should possess an MBA Degree with 5+ years relevant work experience.
Good knowledge of laws, government and policies relating to the agricultural sector
5+ years’ professional experience with at least 4 years in agricultural sector,
Proven background in building and managing high performance teams.
Extremely customer-focused, continuously in touch with the our farmer network, to stay informed of market and industry developments.
Experience of complex project and working effectively across functions, while managing stakeholders and governance requirements.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise presentation, papers, business cases.
Strong problem solver.
