Job Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and control entire production process of rice mill to meet production target and ensure production within the economic cost.


• Coordinate and collaborate with relevant departments to arrange raw materials, manpower, other necessary inventories, etc. to run uninterrupted production operation.


• Monitor the production process, identify process gaps or bottlenecks and initiate the improvement plan to enrich the entire procedure.


• Examine the quality measures of raw paddy crops and finished rice and take prompt corrective action in case of any nonconformity occurred.


• Minimize wastage during the production and meet compliance with standard ratio.


• Coordinate with maintenance engineers to accomplish schedule maintenance of all machines for reducing nonproductive downtime (NPDT) and ensuring uninterrupted production.


• Confirm optimum utilization of resources, such as manpower, machine capacity, materials, etc. to emerge a profitable business unit and save cost.


• Ensure all safety parameters are maintained during production as per company rules and regulation to reduce lost time accident and first aid case from the workplace.


• Maintain all necessary records in ERP to keep track of the entire production process.

 Job Requirements 

• B.Agriculture / HND in any related field or any other related professional qualification.


• 4 to 6 years working experiences in a Rice Mill Industry.


• Ability to create and follow schedules
