The role holder will be responsible for developing effective business development strategies to increase sales growth. It involves developing strategic alliances, partnerships, and investments with top-tier corporate organizations with a view to business growth and increasing overall profitability.
Job Responsibilities
- Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
- Interfacing with vendors agents and Developers on the platform.
- Serving as a point of contact for potential customers, developers, property owners, and investors.
- Evaluating business development strategies and tracking progress
- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company’s growth.
- Preparing monthly performance reports and quarterly strategic business initiatives
- Providing advisory support on Mortgage and Real Estate Investment.
- Integrating new customers and increasing property acquisition rate.
- Monitoring market trends in Mortgage and real estate industry.
Person Specification
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or any relevant field
- Minimum of 8 years in Business Development, with 5 years in the same or similar role
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
- Strong network and connections in real estate, corporate and financial sectors on a national level
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIBN and other relevant certifications is an added advantage
