Job Description
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Responsiblities
- Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes
- Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
- Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting.
- Maintain a clean and orderly working station and adhere to health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an OND or SSCE qualification with 1-2 years work experience
- Must reside with Lagos Island or its environs
- Knowledgeable in preparing international desserts such as Mousse, English cake, Eclaire, sponge cake, etc.
- Candidate MUST reside within Victoria Island or its environs.
