Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. A Master's degree is desirable.


• Proven experience as a Head Teacher, Principal, or in a leadership role within an educational institution.


• In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian educational system, policies, and regulations.


• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.


• Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of educators and staff members.


• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective curriculum strategies.
