Job Description

Business Support Analyst for Aviation, Logistics providing the following:

• Monthly determination and booking of accruals


• Monthly accounting entries and cost movement


• Stewardship and administration of Aviation contracts


• Creation and stewardship of Purchase Orders for the unit


• Engagement of vendors/contractors for all invoices and billings


• Cost stewardship reporting - FOE, CAF etc


• Planning and cost estimation - Annual P&B, Other budgeting analysis


• Cost recovery and stewardship - engaging partners during cost recovery exercise including provision of analysis, supporting documents and other items that may be necessary to ensure full cost recovery


• Other tasks assigned by the manager/supervisor.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 5 - 10 years relevant work experience.
