Business Support Analyst for Aviation, Logistics providing the following:
- Monthly determination and booking of accruals
- Monthly accounting entries and cost movement
- Stewardship and administration of Aviation contracts
- Creation and stewardship of Purchase Orders for the unit
- Engagement of vendors/contractors for all invoices and billings
- Cost stewardship reporting - FOE, CAF etc
- Planning and cost estimation - Annual P&B, Other budgeting analysis
- Cost recovery and stewardship - engaging partners during cost recovery exercise including provision of analysis, supporting documents and other items that may be necessary to ensure full cost recovery
- Other tasks assigned by the manager/supervisor.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 5 - 10 years relevant work experience.
