• Oversee end-to-end operations in the branch.


• Supervise staff activities and functions in the branch.


• Daily confirmation of physical stock count.


• Excellent supervision of staff reporting to you.


• Manage customers’ requests and complaints and process their orders according to the company’s guidelines and procedures.


• Ensure the branch is fully stocked with products in demand.


• Follow up with customers’ orders and process them according to the company’s procedures.


• Provide daily reports of activities to the line manager.


• Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the office.


• Build successful relationships with clients and other support team members.


• Ensure proper care and management of every single JHL property in your care.


• Candidate must have a relevant degree such as a bachelor’s degree in any field (a master’s degree would be an added value) in Marketing, Business, MBA, Finance, Education, Business/Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting, and International Trade.


• Not more than 35 years of age
