Maintaining/servicing, developing, and growing a client base; filling shift requests with appropriately qualified and experienced staff; obtaining candidates' weekly availability; and understanding and getting to know their skills and areas of expertise in order to place them in suitable environments while providing ongoing support.
Attracting, and identifying candidates through headhunting, generating candidate leads and recommendations, and assisting with compliance management.
Efficiently manage the allocation of resources, ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet client demands.
Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring a win-win situation for both clients and candidates.
Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies.
Create and implement successful hiring strategies to achieve the hiring goals and objectives of customers.
Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to management.
Maintaining, developing and growing a portfolio of clients, Utilize various sourcing channels to identify top-tier candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and screenings to ensure they meet the clients' requirements and expectations.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline/pool for current and future opportunities.
Maintaining competitiveness in the market requires being current on trends in the industry, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
Serve as a dependable resource for the organisation, offering market data, wage benchmarking, and hiring best practises for our clients.
Requirements;
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in Recruitment Consultancy Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role within the recruitment industry with minimum of 7 years work experience in similar role in a top recruiting/resourcing firm is a MUST.
Understands recruitment consultancy of 360-degree roles of Business Development and Recruitment Services
Previous recruitment sales experience or strong business development background.
Extensive experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes for recruitment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software
Proven track record in business development, identifying new opportunities, and expanding client accounts.
Ability to understand the specific job requirements of clients and to design specialised recruitment strategies.
Proficient in closing candidate placements and winning employment offers through persuasive and effective negotiation abilities.
The ability to analyse data and effectively manage one's time to manage various accounts, projects, and deadlines.
Ability to function well under pressure and in a quick-paced atmosphere.
