About the job
- There is an opening for a smart individual with experience in sales and procurement to serve as a Sales and Procurement Analyst in an Oil & Gas service company focused on exploration and production support activities as well as operations and maintenance services for cranes and other heavy, mechanical equipment.
Requirements for consideration:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- A minimum of 3 years of procurement experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in problem identification and resolution, and ability to generate clear/concise reports indicating key issues.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize work while paying attention to details.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Demonstration of ability to work independently.
- Experience with Primavera is a strong plus.
Some Core Responsibilities include:
- End-to-end review and management of product sales
- Business development support as it relates to product sales
- Review, analysis and negotiation of bids, quotes, and supply agreements.
- Research and approval of suppliers and vendors.
- Attendance to company procurement needs
- Monitor and track incoming shipments and their corresponding documentation
- Ensure sales and procurement activities are carried out in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure
- Upgrade, implement and manage related document control systems.
